I hate Jay Leno!!!!

Probably wondering why?

Well, he has ruined my NBC TV show lineup!! Here is how:

So Jay Leno decides to retire from the Tonight Show, where Conan OBrien would take his place. (yay!!). Then Jimmy Fallon takes Connan Obrien's place. (yay!). This is all very exciting, (at first). But then, Jay gets all greedy, and says, " hey I am going to be a jerk and have my own show!". But the problem is his normal time slots are taken, and so he just takes the 10:00 primetime slot. So why is this so bad?

Well, this means that the now a show is forced to be cancelled, so the he can take that spot. Jerk!!!

So just found out that "My Name is Earl" got canned...(this is one my favorite shows. Its funny compared to Leno which is not!). Check it out http://www.nbc.com/My_Name_Is_Earl/

What other shows are going to be canceled due to Leno's greed???? Maybe he should just take the whole primetime spot while he is at it, Jay Leno NBC line up!! from 8pm-11:30pm. Why not Jay?? What, you not THAT greedy..your trying to be nice...whatever Jay..

Whats new?

Yes, as you see, I am still not too good with keeping up with this blog thing.

There is too much to keep up with, facebook, email, faxes,text messaging, phonecalls, twitter, myspace...just too much social communites to keep up with.. lol.

I promise to be better at this, (for you Sean! )..hehe..

Ok, so whats new?

1. Mexico Cruise coming up, May 24-May28th. Funny thing is that we are not stopping in Mexico, due to the Swine flu/drug war. We are making a stop into Catalina though, so that should be fun. So the cruise should be called the Catalina cruise?

2.Everoyone I know seems to be pregnant or just had a baby..Baby boom?? Yeah my husband and I get the pressure, but we will be ready when we are ready. Dont worry you will know!!! Let me tell you the most annoying thing that Persian women like to do.
Example: I was at a baby shower, and like 3 different persian woman come up to me, put their hand on my stomach, and say" Vhen you having baby?m vhat is going on?..you are getting too old, so hurry up, ". My thoughts or what I wanted to say out loud was ' Hey Lady, stop touching my stomach as I dont like being touched there. Also can you please enjoy the girl who is pregnant at the current baby shower you are at??!!!!". Yeh then one time some lady said " are you pregnant??". Of course getting all self concious thikning I was fat, and I said "no, dont worry you will know when I am". What I wanted to say is " really??? thanks for telling me, and I had no idea!!!". Yeah persian women, got to love them, but hate them at the same time! haha

3. I have not seen any of the movies out right now!! Here are the movies I want to watch : Star Trek, Angels and Deamons, Transformers, Terminator (watching it this saturday night! yay), Wolverine, The Soloist, Land of the Lost, and Public Enemies. Just looked at movies coming in the future, and I was surprised abuot the following: Pirates of the Caribbean 4, Spiderman 4 (wasnt the the last one horrible???), and Jurassic Park 4.

4. My nephew is talking so much now. He is little person talking in full sentences. He is such a sweet kid, and I love when he gets so excited when he sees me. he says "NeeNee, (thats what he calls me)!!! NEENEE!!!". He is visiting right now, and so happy to spend time with him. I also love how he is with Duke (our dog). They love each other so much!!

5. I want to buy a Baseball glove and ball, so I can play catch with my husband. yeah is that random?? Yeah I love playing baseball, its so much fun!!

Yes, a Ipod Shuffle can be machine washed

You are wondering, WTF??

My husband and I were getting ready to go to the gym, but he could not find his Ipod Shuffle. "hmmm, where is it?", he thought. So he searched and he searched..and then realized he must have left it in his gym shorts. "But where are my gym shorts?", he wondered. The gym shorts were currently on Regular Dry Cycle in the Dryer!!! Then seconds later, all I hear is " OH NO!!!...OH NO!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!" Yep..thats right, the Ipod Shuffle was in the gym short pocket. So now what??? It doesntt work right? I mean it just went through the Regular Wash Cycle and followed by the Regular Dry Cycle.

Well with eyes closed, and praying more than ever before, the Ipod shuffle was plugged in (and into a PC let me add), and lo and behold...TA DAH!!!! It works!!!!
Yep it was charging and actually was used the very same day!!


Warning: Please do not try this at home, as this was a "we got lucky" experience.

Hello people,

yeah its been a long time since I have blogged..Truth be told..I forgot about it...or I have been busy...or I forgot the website..yeah I am a nerd...

Anyhoot..

Well, I got a new job! I actually started October 20th, and feel pretty lucky to have found a job so fast! I thank God everyday for the blessings I receive.

So, I work from home, but will be traveling to the West Coast regions. I will start to travel in a couple weeks, so it should be good. Some of the places I will be visiting are Fargo, North Dakota (freaking COLD!!), Kansas City, Tuscan, AZ, Baytown, TX (crap hole is what I hear), Houston, TX, and Lakewood, WA. So not bad right, well maybe Fargo since its going to be pretty cold.


This working from home is pretty nice, I get up, and just go to the next room. Yeah pretty short commute! :)

Well I have not been blogging for awhile...
Update: I got layed off from my job two weeks ago, so kind have been stressed out.

I have been looking for work like crazy
Got an interveiw last week, had a second interview this week, and hope to get offer this week!

Other than that, been spending time with friends, family, dog, etc. I also have been doing around the house stuff, and getting projects done.


So now I wait for this offer, and we will see..

Mexico cruise

Sean and I recently took a 4 day Mexico Cruise couple weeks ago.

Sean took me to celebrate my 30th bday! I have a wonderful hubby, oh yes!

We spent the first 2 days on the ship, "Fun at Sea" they call it. We went to the pool, layed out, read books, ate food, played poker, played Trivia games, watched shows at night, and then ate some more! It was great!

The 3rd day, was our day at Cabo San Lucas. Wow! What a wonderful place. our excursion that we got was to spend the day at this new beach front resort. So we just enjoyed the beach, the water, and the service.

We decided to rent a waverunner, as a lot of people were doing it, and looked fun. So we found some place which rented them for a good price for 30 minutes for both of us.

The question was, where do we put all our stuff? camaras, passports, money, clothes, etc.

Well, no worries, they have a compartment in the waverunner which can store all your personal items! Wow, ok we were in for this, no problem then! ok, cool.

Well, we went out on the water, even got to go aruond our cruise ship, what fun, oh boy!

So we had ten minutes left, ok, lets go around half way again!

Well as we were turning, a wave came under, and I lost balance and fell into the water! Sean, afraid that it might fall under the wavrunner, jumped off. No problem right? We have lifejackets, we are okay, lets get back on and continue. The only problem was that our wavrunner had flipped over. Sean and I could not flip it over, too heavy. So we said, lets do it "LOST" style and swim back to shore with the waverunner. Shore was not too far from us, but it would take us more than 10 minutes.

luckily, two boat guys, came and helped flip the Waverunner back, and then we got back on, and came back to shore. What we feared was we hoped that the engine was not flooded and the guy would make us pay for the thing! thank good ness, it was fine and we saved ourselves like 100,000,000 pesos!

Well, when we opend our little compartment which was going to keep all our personals safe, what we find? All our stuff was soaked !! The cameras!!! OH no!! Sean looked at it, and sure enough they were both dead! The saltwater had found its way into the video and digital cameras! fortunalty, the memory card was okay and so our photos were saved. However, we lost our video. Well it could have been worse: we could have got hurt, when the waverunner flipped all our stuff could have fallen to the bottom of the ocean!

Well we got the adventure we were not looking for, but a great story to tell our friends and family.

ok, so the rest of the trip, day 4, we spent on the ship and watched football, and had fun!

We watched a great hyponosis show which I totally belive now! wow!

Day 5 we got back to SD, and it was nice to be home, but for sure miss our times on the cruise!

I recommend this cruise for those who want to get away for a short vacation.
