EAT TO YOUR HEALTH


Recently, my uncle suggested a health book which he says has changed his life! I have always tried to eat healthy, but was I really eating healthy?? Hmm..
So I talked more about this book with my uncle, and found it very interesting. So I ordered the book (link below), and I just got it in on Monday. I have already read the introduction, and I am very excited to read it more! This is a book which will not only help you lose weight, but help or decrease health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc etc….

There are two books, the first one is to educate you on foods and nutrition, and the second book has weekly recipes and menus.

I suggest this book to everyone who cares about living longer and better!!!
